Description: Victorian 18ct yellow gold and black enamel memorial mourning ring, inscribed with 'IN MEMORY OF' within a gold foliate border and 'Mary Alice Holbrey, Born May 12, 1860. Died April 17, 1873' inside. Hallmarked Birmingham, 1874, '18' for 18 carat gold.

• Date: 1874.
• Maker: 'H&U'.
• Measurement: UK size M (leading edge), US size 6 1/4 (leading edge). Band width approximately 5.7mm.
• Weight: 4.5 grams.
