Description: A George III sterling silver Vinaigrette by Lawrence and Co, Birmingham, circa 1815. This novelty bag-shaped vinaigrette features textured foliate motifs on a matted background, a grapevine border on the cover, and an oval foliate motif. It includes a pierced and engraved foliate scroll grille and a chain attachment.

• Assay: Marked with 'L&Co' for Lawrence and Co, George III duty mark, and lion passant for sterling silver.
• Date: Circa 1815.
