Description: A Victorian amethyst and diamond drop pendant. This elegant piece features an arrangement of gemstones, including an old round cut diamond, a oval cut amethyst, and a large pear shaped amethyst drop, embellished with ivy leaves containing seven additional diamonds.

• Assay: Tested as silver fronted and 9ct gold backed, common for the period.
• Period: Mid-19th Century.
• Measurement: 4.8 cm (height) x 2.1 cm (width) x 1.2 cm (depth).
• Weight: 12.7 grams.

Condition: The amethysts and diamonds are all in good condition. The amethysts display typical zoning. Very minor surface wear commensurate with age and usage. Minor tarnishing present. Gemstone treatment is unknown.
